Operations & Project Executive
London / hybrid
4.5 days / week
£30,000 pa. plus bonus scheme
We’re seeking an Operations and Project Executive to help us deliver our projects brilliantly and keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Your role will be to provide administrative support to have us working like a well-oiled machine and support in keeping our projects, communications, business processes and core functions on track.
Responsibilities include maintaining our project schedules, providing hands on support during key project phases (such as when projects start and end), and helping us to track and improve the efficiency and quality of our project management. You’ll also play a central role in keeping the company organised and efficient by supporting with managing office resources, financial and HR-related administration, and helping with both internal and external communications.
We’re looking for someone with experience in administrative, business management or project coordination roles, ideally within an agency or consultancy. With excellent communication skills, you will also be familiar with using Microsoft Office, CRM software like HubSpot or Salesforce, and project management tools like Asana. You are thorough, organised, can work at pace with attention to detail and are great at building relationships.
